He has held key leadership roles at Palo Alto Networks, Zscaler, and Trend Micro, helping scale each business through multiple stages of development and contributing to the creation of market-leading companies with multi-billion-dollar revenues and enterprise values.

Punit brings deep expertise across corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, go-to-market strategy, and ecosystem partnerships. Over the course of his career, he has led more than 20 M&A transactions representing over $2 billion in aggregate value, while building partnerships and new growth initiatives that expanded market reach, strengthened competitive positioning, and accelerated revenue growth.

Most recently, Punit served as Executive Vice President of Business and Corporate Development at Zscaler, where he led corporate development across acquisitions, investments, technology alliances, strategic partnerships, new business initiatives, and long-range planning. He played a central role in building and managing complex global relationships, including billion-dollar hyperscaler alliances, and helped create a technology ecosystem spanning hundreds of integrations and referral partnerships that generated significant co-sell and pipeline opportunities.

Known for combining strategic vision with operating discipline, Punit works closely with CEOs, boards, and executive teams to identify growth opportunities, navigate inflection points, and execute ambitious agendas.
