Prior to this, Marcus served as the COO at Netlify; COO at AlienVault, where he saw them through AT&T’s strategic acquisition and the formation of AT&T Cybersecurity; SVP of Sales and Success at Zendesk for their successful 2014 IPO; and RightNow Technologies through its successful sale to Oracle for $1.5B.
