Andy Johnson is the former head of M&A for HP Software and the former CFO of AT&T Cybersecurity and AlienVault. He currently serves as the CFO of Constella Intelligence, provider of real-time external threat intelligence. Johnson has deep expertise in critical M&A competencies, including target selection, financial analyses, transaction execution and integration.

Backstory

Marshall Heilman brings over 20 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry as a practitioner, general manager, and senior executive leader. Heilman is now the CEO of insider risk management company DTEX Systems and is an advisor and board member for several startup and growth-stage companies. Previously, he was the Global CTO for Mandiant (now part of Google Cloud). During his 17-year tenure at Mandiant, he helped the company grow from a startup to a public company and eventually to a successful acquisition by Google. He helped lead the Consulting, Threat Intelligence, and Malware Analysis practices to become world-renowned. He also served as the general manager for Mandiant’s Managed Detection and Response (MDR) business for three years, growing the offering into one of the largest pure-MDR offerings on the market. Additionally, he had responsibility for ensuring all front line threat intelligence was leveraged throughout the company. Prior to joining Mandiant, Heilman was a U.S. Marine, specializing in networking and red teaming.

With over 20 years of CEO experience, Tim Eades has deep expertise in driving high growth for cybersecurity and enterprise software companies. He is currently CEO of vArmour and is also a renowned mentor and investor in the cybersecurity market. Previously, he was the CEO of Silver Tail Systems (until its acquisition by RSA). Eades was also CEO of Everyone.net (acquired by Proofpoint) and has held executive leadership positions at BEA Systems, IBM, Phoenix Technologies and Sana Security.

Marcus Bragg brings over 25+ years of expertise leading high-growth SaaS enterprises, specializing in customer-centric go-to-market strategies, driving alignment across product, sales, marketing, and customer success. Marcus is an Independent Board Director for Concentric.ai, a pioneering company within the Ballistic Ventures portfolio, and Quiq, an innovator in enterprise conversational AI for customer experience.

Prior to this, Marcus served as the COO at Netlify; COO at AlienVault, where he saw them through AT&T’s strategic acquisition and the formation of AT&T Cybersecurity; SVP of Sales and Success at Zendesk for their successful 2014 IPO; and RightNow Technologies through its successful sale to Oracle for $1.5B.

Jaime Blasco is known for his security research and efforts to enable more collaborative threat-intelligence sharing. He is CTO and co-founder of Nudge Security, a Ballistic portfolio company. Using a patented, network-less approach to SaaS discovery and governance and principles of psychology, Nudge Security drives meaningful behavioral change that strengthens SaaS security postures without disrupting the pace of work. Previously, he led the threat intelligence and data science unit at AT&T Alien Labs. Prior to its acquisition by AT&T, Blasco served as Chief Scientist at AlienVault, where he researched emerging and evolving global threats to fuel the company’s threat detection and response mechanisms. As part of his work at AlienVault, he co-founded the Open Threat Exchange, the world’s largest open threat intelligence community with over 245,000 global participants.

Sue Barsamian is a Board Director at three public companies (Five9, Box, NortonLifelock) and several private companies (Gainsight, Xactly, Onfido), leveraging 35 years of operating experience. She brings a strong business and technical background, having been a General Manager, Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Marketing Officer. Sue has domain expertise in enterprise software and cybersecurity and has operated successfully in both early stage and Fortune 50 organizations. Her focus as a Board Director is on helping high growth software/SaaS and cybersecurity companies as they scale.

Sue spent a decade at Hewlett Packard across a range of executive roles including Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for HPE Software and GM of the Enterprise Cybersecurity Products business. Previously, Sue was Vice President of Global Go-to-Market for high-growth Mercury Interactive and SVP Marketing for Critical Path.
